Cannot play to Samsung TV

Former user created an issue

I can browse the files from Serviio just fine, even view them on my phone, but when I choose to detect a player and I select my Samsung TV, I always get error 716 "can't play video" and on the TV nothing happens.

When I select the video on the TV through the DLNA browser I can play the same video just fine. I also added my phone to allowed devices on the TV.

    I'm not sure what you mean, please can you give some more details?

    Do you mean that when you choose a playback quality using ServiiGo, and a popup shows which gives you the chance to choose a player, and that your Samsung TV is in the list/there is a special Samsung App on your phone which can push content to your TV? Can I have a screenshot?

    Eitherway, I don't think that this could ever be supported using that method as there would be no way to know which profile to select, you really have to choose the device first. However, this would be addressed by #54, so once that is done it should negate your need to do it this way.
