Everything regarding the concept of topic. 

Note that name 
can be in the 'dotted' format 'topic.sub[.subsub[.subsubsub[...]]]' 
or in tuple format ('topic','sub','subsub','subsubsub',...). E.g.
'nasa.rocket.apollo13' or ('nasa', 'rocket', 'apollo13').
