Confirm e-mail address when registering

Hi!

We use Wisemapping for Framindmap, and, sometimes, people report us that someone has used their email address to create an account. This can sometimes be due to a typing error.

It would be great if email addresses could be verified (by clicking on a confirmation link sent to them).

(it would prevent spam, too)

This option was supported and it can be enabled in the configuration. It’s been not tested for some time and I would not be surprised if it’s broken.
