weird exposure changing problem under Linux

increasing/decreasing exposure of the attached exr in hdrview under linux does not give right outputs, while under mac it works well.

Also, screenshots of the results you get on Mac vs. Linux would be helpful for others to confirm whether they can reproduce the bug
