Hi team, thanks for reaching out.

    Our apologies for the issue.

The issue is caused by a missed permission. The user do not has Add page permission on the Glossary default space.

We are working to fix that behavior by displaying a right message error.

Meanwhile please add the missed permission on the space. User still has the option to add terms in another space.

    Hello Jennifer,

Thanks for your reply. However, the behavior occurs even though I am logged in as an administrator, and the default space is appropriately configured.

    Kind regards,

    Thomas Kabir

    Hi Thomas,

Many thanks for your collaboration and for all these details.

The team is working to simulate the case and reproduce the issue. For now the issue is not reproduced.

Could you please retry to create term then send us the Confluence log file at support@wknowledge.com?

Could you please create a new term using Create from template (2) in Corporate area space?

    Many thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Jennifer,

I forwarded the excerpt of the log file from when I last attempted to create a term via Glossary to support@wknowledge.com. Attached please find the recording from the action performed at the time of the log file excerpt.

I am not able to create new term using Create from template because the dialog box does not contain a “Term” option.

    Hi Thomas,

    Many thanks again.

We think that “Term creation” option is already disabled in Corporate area space which causes both issues.

Please see the following screenshot and enable term creation then retry.

    Many thanks for your collaboration.

    Best regards,

    Jennifer
