Code Macro and Glossary interact badly

when using the standard Atlassian macro for Codeblocks, using Syntax-Type “XML”, the entries of the Code Block Macro get enhanced with Glossary-Spans. Since the Code Macro does not know that, it displays those spans in its contents.

We have the same problem, even using syntax-type “Plain Text“.
