Term origin - issues with activating/disabling and deleted values

Hello support team,

by using the term origin/source field we are having the following issues:

Disabling/Activating of term origin field:

  • We have disabled the term origin field at first and wanted to activate it now
  • In the glossar management we have activated and confirmed it; After loading the site it is still disabled and has the same status as before (change not saved)
  • values for this field are already existing
  • The same for term owner field
  • Disabling/Activating of languages is working fine, for example
  • Empty of cache, reloading etc is not working
  • Tried with Chrome (86.0.4240.75) and Firefox (V. 81.0.1)

Deleted values for the term origin field:

  • We have deleted some old values and decided now to use them again
  • The deleted values aren’t visible anymore but if we want to use the same value once again we get the following info:

* So we cannot use the same value anymore and are forced to use a similar value

Is it possible to delete deleted values completly or still see them as deactivated and it is possible to activate them once again if needed?

    The issue is identified and the team are working to fix it ASAP.

    Values are disabled not deleted.

    Hi Kristof, A new version of Glossary - Terminology Manager has been released! Version 4.0.0 is now available in the Atlassian Marketplace which resolves the issue.
