glossary-term-info macro does not work
Issue #47
resolved
Hi,
we are trying to import terms. We have 2 instances with same Confluence and Plugin Version (Confluence 7.19.3, Glossary Plugin: 4.4.2).
The import works perfectly in one Confluence, on the other we get an error. The error appears during the import. It creates only one page instead of three and the macro “glossary-term-info” does not work.
the console logs during the import and the HAR file are in the attachments.
Error on the Confluence Page:

Hi, I am affected by the same issue. The workaround above works also in my case, but I am not allowed apply it in the environment of my customer. Are you planning to solve this issue in the plugin itself?
Thank You!

Hi Jonas,
Many thanks for reaching out.
I deleted the two files because that’s contains a confident information.
For the latest Confluence release you need to disable the option Collaborative Editing when importing terms and enable it after that.
To change the editing mode:
Please retry and let me know. We recommend deleting the Glossary space or you can delete term pages created and clean the space trash.
If issue persist please send us the log file at support@wknowledge.com
Many thanks,
Best regards,
Jennifer
