Term template not available after plugin installation

Issue #6 resolved
Daniel Friis created an issue

We’re evaluating a trial of Glossary 2.3.1 and there’s no template for creating a term in the Create… dialog. Also, when highlighting a word and selecting create new term the modal opens up with a spinning symbol and you cannot proceed. There’s nothing printed in the logs when this happens.

We’re using Confluence 6.15.4.

    Hi Thanks for reaching out. Could you please check if there are any creation restriction on Glossary management?

    1- General --> Global glossary

    2- General --> Permissions

    Thanks for your collaboration.

    Best regards, Jennifer

    I’m sorry for the delay, I’ve been a bit mail bombed lately. No, there are no restrictions to either where a glossary can be created or who can create it. I’m testing as admin too and we haven’t done any changes to the config after installing the plugin.

    Hi Daniel,

    Thanks for your collaboration.

    Please, while there is nothing in the logs file.

    May I know the database used?

    Please verify the addon is fully installed (all modules are enabled)

    Could you please try to create term in another space? Or, verify that the template is enabled in the space Space tools --> Templates then search Glossary.

    The team is working to simulate the issue.

    Thanks.

    Best regards,

    Jennifer

    Hello,

    I have got exactly the same issue. It was working perfectly well few days ago and now, the spinner hangs for ever when I try to add a term. No js errors in the logs. I am also Confluence admin, no restriction on permissions and I have just installed the latest version of your add-on.

    I have tried to disable-re-enable and then uninstall-re-install the add-on and nothing changed, still not working.
