WKnowledge provides customer support for all add-ons listed on the Atlassian Marketplace. We will make our best-effort to respond to your request within few hours. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions. To report issue or request new feature please create an issue.

Business Hours

WKnowledge’s business hours are Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM PT.

WKnowledge is closed on the following days:

New Year's Day (1 January) International Workers' Day (1 May) Christmas (24 - 26 December)

Where we cannot help you

The following services are not included in our support and are invoiced separately:

  • Support for clients not in possession of a valid product licence or user contract
  • Support for clients with apps not supplied by Kupper Software
  • Troubleshooting problems related to underlying Confluence or Jira problems
  • Atlassian product training
