API Token for Jira configuration query.

Hi Team,

We recently upgraded our Jira to 8.20.12 and our Integrations stopped working at global level. After this we find out that your plugin is blocking the basic authentication for all the integrations.

Please provide us the valid justification why tis happened and how to resolved this issue ? Is there any configuration we are missing for this plugin ?

Hello Mahi,

I am sorry that you are faced with an issue with upgrading.

Before all, I have to ask you to check the settings on the following page
{baseUrl}/plugins/servlet/tokens-settings

If preferable is to allow login:password auth then the checkbox should be unselected.
If changing settings will not help then further investigation will be needed.
