Unable to generate API tokens

Hi Team -

I have installed trail version of "API Tokens for Jira" in Jira server version. when i tried to generate API token, it shows nothing after i click "Create".

Please help me here for generating tokens using "API Tokens for Jira" plugin.

Unfortunatelly, it’s too limited information to proceed with the investigation.

May I ask you for additional input:

• Jira version
• Installation type
• Browser you are using
• is it the same on all browsers, if yes then also
• server logs
