Date Formats

Hello,

thanks for this app, it’s very handy. I wonder if there could be an option to format the dates? ‘Last Updated’ shows up as:
Friday, Dec 24, 2021, 12:59 AM UTC
Which is very long. I’d love to able to show that as ‘2021-12-24’
