App fails on "Unexpected error in app"

Hi,

We installed the app for evaluation, and we have 2 problems:

1. On new page, after adding the macro (as explained here) it fails with an error message:

   2. On existing pages, created by Atlassain’s migration tool, it cannot be used at all.

Can you please help us fix those issues?
