MPT oscilloscope issue

  1. oscilloscope on playmod doesn't work correctly on fasttracker 2 modules

    Recent fixes seem to have fixes some of the issues (e.g. above mentioned “jazz chip“ seems to be fine now). But there are still songs where strange behavior can be observed: channels that look frozen, gaps in channel output, e.g. http://www.wothke.ch/playmod/?file=/MODLAND/Fasttracker 2/Andreas Viklund/a different reality (lagoona remix).xm&emulator=MPT

    Also channels that are no longer playing don’t seem to be cleared and the last buffer is repeatedly shown until the channel is used again.
