fix "!" prefix logic

Old impl reused from DeepSID assumes that file names never start with “!” and therefore uses that prefix for its playlists.

This assumption is invalid in the modland context, see /MODLAND/Protracker/Maf/!bao!bao!.mod which is filtered out when that folder is shown
