HT emulator startup issue

sometimes the emulator fails with “Assertion failed: you need to wait for the runtime to be ready (e.g. wait for main() to be called)“ but then suddenly plays the same song after reloading the page..

must be some kind of startup initialization issue (maybe linked to the similar ASAP issue?)

fixed with general cleanup
