Hunter class is broken.

As in title, everytime a hunter levels up, his pet gets dismissed and you have to summon it after each level gained. Tested on all races, Alliance or Horde. Also, "Call Pet" button does not work if it's on actionbar, only works in the Spellbook. Also, on the quest "The Arts of the Hunter", in the starting zone, you're asked to practice your Steady Shot, but you haven't still learnt it. The quest does appear as completed if you use Cobra Shot, but you cannot end it at Ortezza (Troll race).
Repro rate: 100% Repro steps: 1. Create new character 2. Choose any race and Hunter class 3. Once in-game, kill a mob to gain level 4. Progress long enough until you get "The Arts of the Hunter" quest.
