Druid Heal Glyph of swiftmend

Hello my name is syzo , i am druid heal in destiny instant 85 realm im been playing druid for 10years i have been constated important bug we really need to fix it . glyph of swiftmend ( its now possible to use swiftmend without rejuvenation or others spell active on the target but when i put the glyph on its not work excuse my english and please read my bug report ( druid heal need this glyphs its very important for the gameplay in pvp
