Notification or change when MP3 upload is complete

The sermon MP3 upload often takes quite some time for the average church internet connection. Sometimes the person starting the upload and the person finishing the sermon post are different and there needs to be some way to easily tell when the file upload is complete and attached other than previewing the post. Maybe a pop-up? A change in the edit page?
