Create new theming functions

I like the newer version of sm which no longer relies on the views for the page and archives. Much better it is inserted into existing page templates.

But I think there needs to be something in between:

• the render sermon content/excerpt should not be hard-coded, this should be in a view file which can be overridden/customised in a theme

I'm using this ticket to list a few ideas for themeing that I hope to include in 2.0.

• handle templates like bbPress
• have an archive of images display for the /series and /preacher urls.
