Multiplayer match making

Currently there is no detection of hosted games locally. Ideally joining a game would immediately join you if any match exists locally. If not it would create one.

Use network discovery: http://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/UNetDiscovery.html
might be a good idea to override it.
