Deprecation of loop view widget as main View

The current implemtation of the loop view widget is not related to mss as it is based on different data and server.

It can be used to view images provided on a web service different from mss.

I suggest to remove it from the Views navigation. Because showing it there gives implicit the idea it is directly related to mss main configuration and server software.

We could keep it in Tools and may be move its sources to an additional plugin scope because this is not directly related to mss.
