QT ui files are distributed in conda package

The .ui files required to generate the python code for the QT user interface are contained in the conda packages, even though they are not required for executing MSS and thus only consume disk space.

This could be combined with moving them to a less noticeable location thus less cluttering the mslib/msui folder.

they are based on a developer requirements, so a user can't execute them by the given configuration. so we should remove them too.
