refactor replace old_div

Reimar Bauer created an issue

during the process to get mss compatible to python3 a lot math "/" was exchanged by old_div

we have to review and refactor where that is not needed

    Removed superfluous old_div statements

    The futurize introduced an old_div for every division, if necessary or not. These were checked and ported correctly.
