pykml / fastkml

I verified that pykml needs changes for using it with py3,

there are other libraries available, e.g. fastkml

I have a fork of pykml and will check how much effort it is to get it useable with py3

we decided today that we officially announce py3 packages with 1.6 Hopefully that pykml package is then updated on github/conda-forge

we removed the dependency of pykml, eb49be5 and solved it by xml directly
