incorrect time info on side view plots

The time information of the side view does not update if takeofftime is modified.
If the programm is closed and opened again it works.

Improved update of sideview x axis

The xaxis needs to be updated when performance settings caused a change in flight time. Reworked the data listener and associated infrastructure to only clear the WMS figure, if required und to update the xaxis on every change.
