Inserting Waypoint in stereographic view is much too magnetic to locations

In cylindrical view a location is selected if click is within 15px of location. For stereographic view, this is broken. This probably extends to all routines using appropriateEpsilon.

Epsilon for map selection was not computed according to projection

For certain feature the km/px in the plot are needed. These were computed wrongly for stereographic projections.
