Minimize possible action when mouse-clicking on the topview plots

Issue #269 resolved
Jens-Uwe Grooß created an issue

In the operation of the topview panel, difficulties arise when using the plot navigation buttons "zoom" and "move" above the plot. Normally, one uses them to define a map section. However, if one of the buttons is still clicked as active, and one tries to click on the map, e.g. to move a waypoint, the map selection will be lost.

If possible, I would propose to unklick all of the "waypoint edit mode" buttons, every time, when one of the plot "zoom" and "move" is active. Or, alternatively deactivate the "zoom" or "move" buttons every time as soon as a zoom or move action have been carried out.

Moved UI WP handling to matplotlib navbar

In this way, only one tool may be active for interaction with the map/sideview.

Renamed all buttons to be more consistent and removed "map" from buttons.

Some changed to zorder to work with basemap 1.10

Removed unused UI elements from SideView NavBar
