pyfilesystem2 should be used

pyfilesystem has a lot nice fs access possibilities. e.g. for tests a memory backend for exchanging files Webdav, ftp, sftp etc.

update, I currently implement in my pyfilesystem2 branch this concept. Also I improve the fs_filepicker project. The next basics I add there is Save and Save As. The project has already > 300 downloads from conda-forge
