nappy could not become added to meta.yaml

Soon we will have nappy on conda-forge. It is based on cdat-lite but this is not available for windows platform https://github.com/conda-forge/cdat-lite-feedstock

nappy is currently only for python 2.x builded

A windows developer could may be solve the first issue to get cdat-lite builded for windows.
