matplotlib 2.2/basemap 1.0.7 incompatibility

By default conda installs the current matplotlib 2.2.x together with basemap 1.0.7. This causes MSS to fail due to a deprecated call in basemap 1.0.7.

One should use the more recent basemap version 1.1 instead or fix the matplotlib version to <= 2.1

If the next release will not arrive shortly, we should also fix the update the meta.yaml of the last stable branch.

Workaround:

After installing MSS, manually upgrade MSS to version 1.1.0 by conda install basemap==1.1 With the explicit version, it will use conda-forge instead of the conda repository.
