create different tempfiles for different users

Change path of tempfile_mscolab.ftml from ~/mss to /tmp and in the process, create tmpfile_mscolab for each users. so if an user has 2 msui opened with different projects, there is no conflict.

Multiple tempfile_mscolab.ftml would have to be accomodated while refactoring for multiple projects with one msui.
