layers of different horizontal extent may be combined, erroneously, by MSWMS

Joern Ungermann created an issue

MSWMS 1.8.2 combined for a SideView plot a al layer of small longitudinal extent with an sfc layer of global extent but picked the wrong longitudes in the larger sfc layer.

MSWMS should (preferred) select the correct data or diagnose the inconsistency and abort.

    This may be also related to a skipped dimension checl.

    If a dimension check was skipped, maybe variables using this dimension should not be used?

    There was a skip dimension check for “lon” dimension that was removed for 1.9.0.

    Tested and fixed already in 1.9.1.

    Removed “lon” skipdimcheck in campaigns2019.
