sync our meta.yaml with the one on conda-forge

The base of our meta.yaml is always only

https://github.com/conda-forge/mss-feedstock/blob/master/recipe/meta.yaml

and maybe patches there. There may be patches because of the setup of the CIs.

This task has to be reviewed on any release we do. As our order is to tag a release and than build on the conda-forge channel we can only in this order see what changes we may need.

The documentation has to get a hint too.
