sometimes urllib2 throws a message using mss

sometimes one "get map" click gives that error in the message box

ERROR:
<class 'urllib2.URLError'>
<urlopen error [Errno -2] Der Name oder der Dienst ist nicht bekannt>

On the next click everything is fine

May be related to network, communication issue?
