no tracebacks for mscolab by http requests

Currently the mscolab server announces on the “/” url its state.
I think we should move this to a query parameter, e.g. status, service

This enables to use the root of the server to show up some information.

We could may be use that pattern, besides signup yet.

This very simple template would be able also to render the docs on the site itselfs. The menu on top is just a placeholder.

added an hard to guess secret to the image names and added missing exceptions, fixes #578
