waypoints out of map region

Sometimes if way points are predefined in the initialisation file they don't fit the view region.

We should show a hint how to solve that, or that the configuration makes no sense for presentantion of flightpathes until it is fixed.

Also there can be more mistakes by entering waypoints, e.g. out of range, out of allowed area.
