Figure title sometimes does not update on time changes

For Top view (horizontal section) plots, the figure titles seem not to update, if - the figure panel is detached from the control panel - the time to be displayed is updated in the control panel This results in plot with wrong titlles

(seems not to be the case for Side View plots)

Confirmed during NAWDEX -- seems to be a problem here.

In my case it could be solved in the user interface by attaching and detaching the figure panel from the control panel.

Fixes issue #73

Strangely, the title text was updated correctly in Matplotlib, and also commanded to be redrawn, but only following a system-event like a mouse click opening another widget or a switch to another application, the text was actually updated. Adding a QT repaint command solves the issue. Maybe a bug in QT.
