Supported file formats for flight track saving/loading

During the campaigns, in addition to FTML, several other convenient file formats were added to simplify communication with DLR FX (flitestar text format) and Geophysika pilots (csv format). These have been subject to changes and are devoid of any versioning information to allow automatic format deduction of varying csv formats, e.g.

To simplify support and backwards compatibility, only the FTML format shall be the "officially" supported file format. In addition, several import/export filters shall be defined, which, ideally, will be user-definable to cope with all the special wishes of users.

Ideally, the export filters should allow the user to easily dump the information in any format he chooses. This would allow us to give great flexibility without having to deal with the issues of compatibility for all kinds of formats.
