r4: Make genome view readable

Current genome view just show raw json data, which takes up too much space. Come up with a compact, graphical representation (at this time, no editing functionality is needed).

It'd be cool if it looks like genetic-engineering-ly.

Tips:

• Use of abbreviations such as "EcoRI", "HindIII", "pUC18".
• Colorful bands and arrows.
