Squads change alignment and invisible mutant squads.

First -- sometimes squads change their alignment to Loner, yet they are still friendly to you... except base goes under Loner command and squad does not accept orders from you. Ordering a different squad to attack it results in a crash with following log

Next -- invisible mutant squads. They are visible on the Map and they hold a smart, yet they do not exist in "real" world. When squad comes on the smart, they switch to Waiting on target for a few seconds, then getting expelled from the game (apparently, becasuse I switched a smart population cap on).

    Well, alignment issue has been successfully fixed -- was an issue on my part, added elite squads and adapted them for each faction properly, since I forgot to change their faction from Stalker :D Yet they werent hostile... which was extremely weird. But mutant issue remains, and I never touched muties, so I have no assumptions on what's the issue. Issuing an Attack order causes the game to crash, with a similiar log, smth about nil values.
