* Changes in Elib 1.0.

** This is a clean-up release.  No new features exists.

** The Makefile and overall structure of the package has been changed
to make it simpler and more in accordance with the GNU Coding
Standards.  We now distribute all the files needed to make a new
distribution.  Several files has moved or changed names; see the
ChangeLog for details.

** The library is now distributed under GPL 2, not GPL 1.

** The documentation is improved.

* Changes in Elib 0.07.

** Some bugs in the cookie package were fixed.

** Some test cases for the cooke package were added.

* Changes in Elib 0.06

** A number of bugs were fixed.

** Debug code for the doubly linked list, dll.  Now you can use
