SQLiteDataSource: Enable setting the transaction mode

Grace Batumbya avatarGrace Batumbya created an issue

Enable an SQLite data source to use a specified transaction mode i.e. deffered, immediate or exclusive. (http://www.sqlite.org/lang_transaction.html)

When using the library with concurrent connections, using "begin immediate" helps prevent a deadlock when a writer connection tries to finish commiting its changes.
