loading file shows up as text

after bat file it shows a code text window that's supposed to be the loading file which when I tried to open on the browser showed the same thing, but after adding a .html at the end and opening it with the browser the files shows up with the black background and everything but can't connect to demo.zenbooru.org

Issue can be resolved in Windows by putting .htm extension on the Loading file and replacing all occurrences of "Loading" in BAT file to "Loading.htm" (without quotes)
