[Windows] Set wallpaper to random image from search query, like in Muzei/Mbooru

In the Mbooru extension for the Android app Muzei, one can set their wallpaper to a random image from a search query on most booru-based image boards, and have it change on a predetermined interval of time. However, there is nothing like it on Windows. MuzeiClient exists, but it doesn't have support for other sources, such as Danbooru, Konachan, etc. so it would be nice if zenbooru had this feature.
