Triggering transcoding on wma_pro and wmv3

The Sony BDP-S370 is one device that has problems playing content that's in the library as

{{{ video/divx:DLNA.ORG_PN=WMVHIGH_PRO; }}}

The file itself shows in ffmpeg as

{{{ Stream #0.0(eng): Audio: wmapro, 48000 Hz, 5.1, flt, 384 kb/s Stream #0.1(eng): Video: wmv3, yuv420p, 1440x1080, 8000 kb/s, PAR 4:3 DAR 1 }}}

To avoid enabling transcoding for ALL asf containers (even those that would play w/o transcoding), we'd need a filter to trigger transcoding on wma_pro and wmv3 codecs only.
