Enable Full HD videos VC-1 / ASF

Petr Nejedly repo owner created an issue

At the moment DLNA only supports VC-1 in ASF up to Level 2 ( VC1_ASF_AP_L2_WMA), ie max 720p. It should be able to play full HD videos (Level 3), even though it's not supported by DLNA yet.
