Conflict with WMP/WMC services on Win7

As long as the Windows Media Player / -Center services are running the Serviio DLNA server cannot be found by other devices. Stopping the services, restarting UPNP, SSDP and the Serviio service resolves this issue.

Fiddling with the Win7 services shouldn't be required everytime the computer is restarted.

I did some more debugging, it seems like the ehRecvr and WMPNetworkSvc services are the main problem. As soon as those are deactivated, Serviio and my BD-C5500 are restarted everything works fine.
