Add SSA/ASS subtitles support

Currently if a file has SSA/ASS subtitles included, they are extracted as srt and played by the TV if supported. This is wrong since all the extra features of SSA subs are lost. They should be burned-in if the corresponding option is enabled, or extracted in ssa files if supported by the TV.
